Jeremy Abbott (canoeist) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Jeremy Abbott (canoeist) Jeremy Abbott (April 15, 1957 – 27 September 1988) was a Canadian sprint canoer who competed in the mid-1970s. At the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, he was eliminated in the repechages of the C-2 1000 m event. Following his sporting career, Abbott went on to earn a Master of Science degree from Simon Fraser University and became a fisheries biologist in British Columbia, Canada. He was killed during the course of his work carrying out surveys of salmon stocks for the Federal Department of Fisheries in 1988.
